Key Responsibilities:
- Injection Moulding & Blow Moulding Machine Operation:
- Operate and maintain moulding machines to ensure efficient production processes.
- Machine 5S Maintaining:
- Implement and uphold 5S principles to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Production Part Handling & Quality Checking:
- Handle production parts and conduct quality checks to ensure they meet company standards.
- Production Report Preparation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports to track output and identify areas for improvement.
- Red Bin Analysis:
- Analyze and address issues found in red bins to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Production and Manufacturing Technology (PMT), Chemical & Paint Technology.
- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-out candidates.
- Weight: Minimum of 50 kg.
- Age: 18-25 years.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs.
Stipend & Facilities:
- CTC: Rs. 20,457/- per month (for 26 days working) for Diploma holders.
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 500/-
