Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst/Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key activities:
- Data Analysis & Profiling
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance. - Data Quality & Governance
- Create and maintain Data Quality (DQ) rules.
- Monitor and review any DQ exceptions.
- Manage the Global Financial Crime (GFC) Critical Data Element list using Enterprise Data Governance tools like Collibra.
- Support ETL & Data Integration
- Assist in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) development and troubleshooting.
- Help troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with data providers for resolution.
- Support the design and testing of ETL processes for smooth data flow.
- Data Modeling & SQL
Translate business requirements into data models and ETL specifications.
Utilize SQL to query data for reports and analysis. - Collaboration with Teams
- Work with cross-functional teams including data providers, data governance experts, and developers.
- Help in resolving data challenges across different teams and processes.
- Automation & Visualization
- Leverage automation tools to streamline processes.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to present business performance insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/B Tech/M Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Strong Knowledge of Databases & SQL
