For Trainee Officer (Human Resource):

  • Essential Qualification: MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree of 2 years duration in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work from a Government-recognized University / Institution.
  • Minimum Marks: 55% and above (aggregate of all semesters/years) in the essential qualification. SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50% and above for posts reserved for their category.
  • Upper Age Limit (as on 10.08.2025): 28 years for UR/EWS candidates.
    • Age Relaxation: 31 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 33 years for SC candidates.
    • PwBD candidates: An additional 10 years relaxation over and above the category-specific relaxation.
    • Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers: 5 years relaxation.
    • Domiciled in J&K (1980-1989): 5 years relaxation.

For Trainee Assistant (Human Resource):

  • Essential Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, PM&IR, Personnel Management, HR, Social Sciences with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications; OR Any degree with a 1 year diploma course in PM, PM&IR, SW, T&D, HR, Labour Law with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications.
  • Minimum Marks: 55% and above (aggregate of all semesters/years) in the essential qualification. SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50% and above for posts reserved for their category.
  • Upper Age Limit (as on 10.08.2025): 28 years for UR/EWS candidates.

Important Notes on Eligibility:

  • ​Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
  • ​Candidates must have the essential qualification as of August 10, 2025.
  • ​No rounding off of marks will be allowed for percentage calculation (e.g., 49.99% will not be considered 50%).
  • ​Candidates must ensure their qualification is recognized by the State/Central Government/UGC/AICTE.

​Selection Process:

​The selection process for both positions will involve:

  1. Written Test (Computer Based Online Test – CBoT): Shortlisted candidates will appear for a 2-hour online test consisting of 120 questions.
    • 100 questions: Subject / Discipline.
    • 20 questions: General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General English).
    • Qualifying Marks: 50% for all candidates, 40% for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD where vacancies are reserved.

  1. Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:7 (maximum 1:10).
  1. Weightage: The written test holds 85% weightage, and the interview holds 15% weightage in the final selection.
  1. Test Centers: Written tests will be conducted in Hyderabad – Telangana & its surroundings, and Visakhapatnam – Andhra Pradesh.

  • ₹300/- (excluding applicable convenience fee and taxes) for UR / EWS / OBC (NCL) Candidates.
  • Exempted: SC/ ST/ PWBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
  • Non-refundable: The application fee is non-refundable, so ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before paying.

  • Tentative Date for Written Test (CBOT): 24-08-2025.

  • ​Document in support of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/SSC/CBSE certificate).

  • ​Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).
  • ​Domicile Certificate for candidates from Jammu & Kashmir (if applicable).
  • ​Qualification Certificates and Semester wise / Year wise Mark sheets for Xth, XIIth, Diploma, and Qualifying Degree / Essential Qualification.
