- Communicate and escalate issues with end-customer operations/CC center

- Qualification: BE – Electronics & Communication (E&C)
- Experience: Freshers eligible (No prior experience required)
✅ Skills & Competencies
- Basic domain knowledge (mandatory)
- Understanding of SLA processes and technical support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to delegate and work efficiently under pressure
