📌 Job Overview

🛠 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) database
• Support APU and Site Managers in quality issue analysis
• Update quality KPIs such as Customer Returns and Cost of Non-Quality
• Conduct production line audits for quality compliance
• Participate in defect eradication and problem-solving activities
• Revise control plans after quality incidents
• Manage and verify the 4M Matrix (Man, Machine, Material, Method)
• Ensure process conformance and stop production if quality or safety is at risk

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial or related)
• Freshers or early-career candidates can apply
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
• Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment
