Role Overview – CAE Model Build Engineer
The selected Diploma Engineer Trainees will work as CAE Model Build Engineers and support engineering simulation activities across Crash, Durability, and NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) domains.
The role involves Finite Element (FE) model preparation, meshing, material assignment, model debugging, and simulation support activities while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Finite Element (FE) modeling activities.
- Create and assemble engineering simulation models.
- Assign materials and section properties.
- Develop and validate model connections.
- Support Crash, Durability, and NVH simulation domains.
- Perform model debugging and quality checks.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and engineering teams.
- Conduct self-review before deliverable submission.
- Follow engineering processes and quality standards.
- Contribute to productivity improvement initiatives.
- Support engineering documentation and reporting activities.
