Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at Tata Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with various tasks and projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Hiring Procedures: Assist with advertising job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews to streamline the recruitment process.
- Onboarding New Hires: Help the HR team in onboarding fresh hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Maintaining HR Databases: Update and manage HR databases, keeping track of employee information and onboarding progress.
- Participating in HR Projects: Engage in a variety of HR projects and activities, gaining exposure to different aspects of human resources management.
Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (BBA ,BCOM ,MBA )
