Manager/Senior Manager (Cloud Operations)
Responsibilities:
- Build cloud-native apps using serverless stack and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Integrate external services such as payment gateways, chatbots, eKYC
- Utilize digital marketing, attribution, and engagement tools
- Manage projects, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
- Ensure information security and license compliance
- Maintain application performance and uptime within defined SLAs
Preferred Skills:

Education:
- BE/BCA/B.Sc. (Preferably ITIL Certified)

Responsibilities:
- Draft stories and features for internal communication channels
- Liaise and coordinate with external agencies for creative asset development
- Upload and update content on the intranet
- Support the ideation, planning, development, and deployment of communication assets for employee campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies for developing content for internal campaigns
- Support in developing communication assets for corporate-led all location and all employee events
- Execute corporate-led all location and all employee events/campaigns
