Role Overview

We are hiring a Solution Engineer to take charge of end-to-end solution design in automation systems. This position focuses on delivering cost-effective, innovative, and efficient automation solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, vendor management, and driving continuous improvement to optimize designs and meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities	Details
Requirement Gathering	Collaborate with sales and customers to identify project needs and pain points.
Solution Design	Create innovative and practical automation solutions, and prepare layouts accordingly.
Vendor Management	Handle vendor selection, prepare RFQs, and validate BOQs and costing.
Review & Validation	Review and validate the proposed solutions with the management team.
Post-Contract Support	Provide ongoing support to project teams and resolve internal customer complaints efficiently.
Continuous Improvement	Focus on quality management, process improvement, and cost optimization through RCA.

Qualifications

Qualification	Requirements
Degree	BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering (60% and above throughout academics).
Experience	0-5 years of experience in Material Handling and Warehouse Robotics.
Technical Skills	Proficiency in AutoCAD/BricsCAD and MS Excel.
