Position: Solution Engineer
Location: Noida
Role Overview
We are hiring a Solution Engineer to take charge of end-to-end solution design in automation systems. This position focuses on delivering cost-effective, innovative, and efficient automation solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, vendor management, and driving continuous improvement to optimize designs and meet KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

| Requirement Gathering | Collaborate with sales and customers to identify project needs and pain points. |
| Solution Design | Create innovative and practical automation solutions, and prepare layouts accordingly. |
| Vendor Management | Handle vendor selection, prepare RFQs, and validate BOQs and costing. |
| Review & Validation | Review and validate the proposed solutions with the management team. |
| Post-Contract Support | Provide ongoing support to project teams and resolve internal customer complaints efficiently. |
| Continuous Improvement | Focus on quality management, process improvement, and cost optimization through RCA. |
Qualifications
| Qualification | Requirements |

| Degree | BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering (60% and above throughout academics). |
| Experience | 0-5 years of experience in Material Handling and Warehouse Robotics. |
| Technical Skills | Proficiency in AutoCAD/BricsCAD and MS Excel. |
