🧑✈️ Job Position Summary
The Cabin Crew role at Akasa Air focuses on delivering exceptional customer service
while ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
Cabin Crew members act as brand ambassadors of Akasa Air.
🛫 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety, security, and comfort onboard
- Adhere to DGCA regulations, company SOPs, and safety procedures
- Maintain professional grooming and brand representation
- Deliver exceptional inflight service and customer care
- Promote inflight sales and ancillary revenue
- Assist passengers requiring special assistance
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of cabin, galley, and lavatories
- Coordinate with cockpit crew and ground departments
- Complete all pre-flight and post-flight duties
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
- Indian nationals with valid Passport, PAN Card & Aadhar Card
- Education: Minimum 10+2 (Class 12th)
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Age Limit (Freshers): 18–28 years
- Age Limit (Experienced Crew): Up to 35 years
- Height: Female – 155 cm | Male – 167.5 cm (weight proportional)
- BMI: Female 18–23 | Male 18–25
- No visible tattoos or marks
- Medically fit as per DGCA standards
