 Job Overview: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

This role involves supporting the Managing Director (MD) by handling administrative tasks, managing communication across departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to step into a responsible, high-impact role early in their career.


  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support directly to the Managing Director

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate internal and external communications

  • Draft, review, and manage emails and documents

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

  • Liaise between departments and external partners on behalf of MD

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings


  Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
