Candidates will be allocated to one of the following business units based on their academic background and performance in the selection process:

• IT and Integrated Smart Operations (ISO)

• Multicloud Services

• Digital Workplace Services

Job Responsibilities – Analyst Trainee (IT & ISO)

• Perform Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations using defined logic

• Design and develop stored procedures as per low-level designs

• Analyze relational data and write optimized queries

• Conduct test case preparation and execution (both manual and automation testing)

• Identify and resolve defects and contribute to the testing lifecycle

• Perform root cause analysis for issues and raise service requests

• Adhere to internal processes and compliance requirements

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team collaboration and time management

• Basic understanding of ITSM and data tools
