Role: Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer at VectorShift, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing user-facing features for our products. You’ll collaborate closely with our backend engineers, product managers, and designers to create intuitive and responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Responsive Web Applications: Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that are responsive and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Optimize Applications for Speed and Scalability: Ensure that all user-facing applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Stay Updated with the Latest Technologies: Continuously learn and implement the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and fix bugs or issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth user experiences.

Tech Stack:

  • Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Tools: Git, Webpack, Babel, and other modern development tools
  • APIs: Experience with RESTful services and APIs

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Batch Eligible: Graduates from the batches of 2022, 2023, and 2024.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. However, exceptional candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Prior experience in frontend development through internships, projects, or full-time roles is highly valued.
