This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in project engineering, particularly in managing and processing orders, communicating with internal teams, and supporting logistics functions. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: ADVERTISEMENT Maintaining UEOB Files: Ensure all files related to the UEOB (Unexecuted Order Book) are up-to-date and organized. Sales Order Booking & Processing (D365): Handle the booking and processing of sales orders in the D365 system. Customer Requirement Alignment: Align D365 sales orders with customer requirements for optimal delivery. MPS Requirement Alignment: Ensure that sales orders align with MPS (Master Production Schedule) requirements. Manufacturing Clearance Communication: Communicate manufacturing clearance to MPS/Engineering teams as per the new processes. Regular Sales Updates: Keep the sales team informed with regular UEOB updates. Industrial Order Inspection: Handle the inspection process for industrial orders. Logistics Support: Assist the logistics function in the absence of Mr. Lothe and manage outward logistics tasks. Coordination for Dispatches: Work with Finance and Sales to check payment status before dispatching goods, and handle the submission of PI/LC documents. Monthly Report Preparation: Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing project progress and cost monitoring. Cost Monitoring: Keep track of project costs to ensure they stay within budget. Support for Order Booking: Assist with order booking to ensure timely processing. D365 System Alignment: Ensure that all processes and updates are aligned within the D365 system. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education: BE in Electrical Engineering Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Experience with D365 or similar systems is a plus.
