Job Summary

Schwing Stetter India is seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team for the Self-Loading Mixer (SLM) business. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities in a specific area, contributing to the growth of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Marketing: Execute sales and marketing strategies for the SLM business in your designated area.
  • Customer Engagement: Organize meetings with SLM customers and financiers to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct project site visits to gather operational data on Schwing and competitor SLM products.
  • Promotional Activities: Lead SLM roadshows in Taluka and rural areas to generate brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Enquiry Generation: Generate enquiries from customers who have lost orders and from key competitors’ accounts.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets as set by the management.
  • Outstanding Collections: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and responding proactively.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new customers in an expanding market.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel frequently to meet business needs.

 

Qualifications: B Tech , BE or Diploma In Mechanical engineering

 

Skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and respond effectively
