Role: Corporate Communication Executive
Experience Required: 4-5 years of corporate communication and PR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Any Graduate
- MBA (Marketing) or Master’s in Journalism
Location: Baner, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Communication:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s image and brand.
- Message Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging across all corporate communications, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
- Public Relations:
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to ensure positive coverage.
- Press Releases: Draft and distribute press releases, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of company news and updates.
- Event Management: Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and other PR activities to promote the company’s initiatives.
- Content Creation:
- Multichannel Content: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including newsletters, social media, websites, and corporate publications.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines to maintain a strong and unified brand presence.
- Crisis Management:
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate negative situations.
- Timely Response: Ensure timely and accurate communication during crises to maintain trust and transparency with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Internal Communication: Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring communication strategies align with organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, HR, and operations, to support their communication needs and ensure cohesive efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of communication strategies and PR campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of communication efforts and suggest improvements.
