📌 Job Responsibilities

Review and understand P&ID and other plant design documents.
-
Assist in developing control and operational philosophies for plant startup.

Draft SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) for standard processes.

Prepare HAZOP, HIRA, and other safety documentation.
-
Manage documentation related to water reuse, power reuse, and QA processes.
-
Handle ordering and management of sample trolleys, cleaning systems, and lab tools.

Verify equipment installations as per P&ID.
-
Coordinate with Engineering teams for field checks.
-
Prepare training documents for critical equipment usage.
-
Support in hot loop and cold loop testing.
-
Ensure effective housekeeping before block startups.
-
Assist in hydrotesting pipelines.

Conduct raw material flushing and quality checks.

Oversee cleaning of process and storage equipment.

Ensure QA lab stabilization for FG and RM.
