Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students pursuing Full-Time MBA from selected institutes
- Preferred B.Tech background in:
Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation - No active backlogs
- No history of academic detention
Selection Process
- Aptitude Assessment: 20 questions | 20 minutes
- Psychometric Test: 30-minute behavioral & cognitive assessment
- Final Interview: Leadership & role-fit evaluation
