Eligibility Criteria for the Management Trainee Program

We are looking for Engineering Graduates who have passed out in 2024 or exceptionally talented candidates from the 2023 batch. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong flair for design engineering and meet the following academic qualifications and skills:

• Disciplines Required: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, and Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of CAD: Candidates with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience will have an added advantage.
• Non-Quota Candidates: Only general candidates who secured their engineering admissions through merit seats need to apply. Procon India values meritocracy, ensuring only the brightest minds join our team.
• GATE Qualified: Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared GATE or who rank among the top of their graduating class in their respective institutions.
• Consistent Academic Excellence: A score of 70% or higher in B.Tech, XII, and X is mandatory to ensure academic rigor and dedication.
