Key Responsibilities of a GET

Production Planning: Adhering to daily production plans and ensuring optimal line output.

Team & Resource Management: Effectively utilizing manpower and ensuring all necessary materials are available for production.

Quality & Efficiency: Maintaining strict quality and quantity standards, and actively working to reduce rework and rejections.

✅
Machine Operations: Operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of production machines.

✅
Safety & Standards: Ensuring operator safety, implementing line 5S, TPM, and MSES standards across the floor.

✅
Process Improvement: Driving process improvements and contributing innovative ideas through Kaizens.

✅
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity.
