Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – Mechanical or other relevant streams
• Experience: 0-10 years in quality management in the bearing, automotive, or auto component manufacturing industries
• Skills:
  • Experience in deployment and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Knowledge of IATF, IRIS, ISO 9001, AAR audits
  • Ability to drive product and process quality improvements
  • Process audit management and effective reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QMS to eliminate quality issues at the source
• Manage third-party audits (IATF, IRIS, ISO 9001, etc.)
• Resolve product and process quality issues, aiming for zero complaints from customers
• Conduct process reviews and keep audit status up to date
• Achieve and maintain Timken global quality standards and measurable targets

Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Hiring:

Timken is also looking for motivated Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) professionals. This role will involve:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that suppliers meet the required quality standards
• Conducting supplier audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives
