About UltraQuest Season 3

UltraQuest Season 3 is an innovation-driven business challenge by
UltraTech Cement Limited, designed to identify the brightest management minds in India.
Participants are invited to propose sustainable, scalable, and responsible business ideas
that can transform the future of the cement and infrastructure industry.

The theme for this season is “Building on Ideas, Shaping the Future”, highlighting UltraTech’s
commitment to balancing growth with responsibility, performance with purpose.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to 1st & 2nd year MBA students of select 2-year MBA programs
• 1st Year MBA: Engineering graduate + minimum 2 years full-time work experience
• 2nd Year MBA: Open to all backgrounds
• Students of 1-year MBA / PGPX programs are not eligible

Eligible Institutes (Selected)

IIM Indore, IIM Shillong, IIM Udaipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur, IIM Nagpur, IIM Bodh Gaya,
IIFT, BITSoM, NMIMS Mumbai, JBIMS Mumbai, MICA Ahmedabad, SCMHRD Pune, SIBM Pune,
IMT Ghaziabad, SJMSOM IIT Bombay, XIM Bhubaneswar, XISS Ranchi and more.

Team Structure

• Each team must have 3 members
• All members must be from the same institute
• Cross-year teams are not allowed
• One student cannot be part of multiple teams
• Only the Team Leader can submit the solution

Submission Guidelines – Round 1

• Cover slide + 10 main slides (analysis & solution)
• Annexures allowed for references & supporting data
• File formats: .ppt / .pptx / .pdf
• Maximum file size: 5 MB
• Naming format: LeaderName_TeamName_InstituteName
• Submissions can be edited before the deadline
