🧠 Role Overview – Graduate Trainee
As a Graduate Engineer / Apprentice Trainee, you will support employee relations, recruitment, training coordination, labor management, and HR operations at Volvo’s manufacturing facility, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world industrial HR practices.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Plant absenteeism management and daily reporting
- Support recruitment, onboarding & induction of trainees and fixed-term employees
- Contract labor management including attendance and statutory compliance
- Training coordination for temporary trainees
- Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities
- Support payroll inputs and salary & wage administration
- Prepare HR dashboards and absenteeism reports
- Process HR invoices and coordinate vendor payments
- Support industrial visits, internships, and project trainees
