🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Equipment Process Engineer: Preform SMT process setup and optimization, including soldering machines, AOI, and ICT equipment; ensure robust SMT programming validation and cycle time improvement. Prepare, modify, and validate SMT programs, support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production. Analyze defects through AOI/ICT data, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process yield improvement. Act as a technical interface for customers and audits; support production and resolve quality issues to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• SCM-Asst. Manager: Lead overall supply chain operations including PPC, material planning, inventory control, and warehouse coordination, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery to meet customer commitments. Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, FIFO, and traceability, while managing warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with quality standards.
• Senior PPC Executive: Develop and manage production planning (PPC) based on customer forecasts and orders, ensuring material availability and seamless coordination with production and supply chain teams. Release and monitor production schedules, track material shortages, and proactively update delivery timelines to ensure on-time order fulfillment (OTIF).
• Quality Control Engineer: Monitor process quality through inspection and data analysis, perform defect analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Support quality control activities including documentation, root cause analysis (RCA), SPC monitoring, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process stability.
• Quality Assurance Engineer: Support customer quality requirements by maintaining quality documentation, handling audits, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure compliance. Assist in QA documentation, data analysis, and customer-related quality activities, driving root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.
• Accounts Manager: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR management, GST & TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors/accountants. Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and timely financial transactions. Supervise accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies. Monitor and review financial reports, reconciliations, and audits, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
