🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- All applicants should have completed their full-time educational program including 10th, 12th (+2 / Pre-University Courses /Diploma) with an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each of their program.
- Graduation scores basis the latest available marks should be an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA.
- No backlogs at the time of application.
- Selected candidates to ensure to pass their final year examination in the first attempt.
- Minimum hiring age is 18 years at the time of joining.
- Branches: Mechanical, Electrical (EE), Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics.
💼 Required Skills
- Technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, or Mechatronics.
- Strong academic record.
💰 Salary Details
The CTC for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role is INR 400,100 per Annum. During the initial three months of classroom training, a stipend of INR 25,000/month will be provided. After successful completion, you will be on on-job training as an Associate Engineer.
📝 Selection Process
The shortlisted students will have to undergo a Technical interview followed by an HR interview.
📅 Important Information
Application Deadline: 20 April 2026 11:59 PM. The period of training will be for up to 15 months. Selected students will have to sign an undertaking/bond amounting to INR 2 Lakhs for a 2 years & 9 months period.
