🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from the batch of 2024 and 2025 with MBA in HR/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource/Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in HRM/Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/Post Graduate Program in HRM or equivalent courses.
- Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
- No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/extended education.
- Break in education should not exceed 24 months.
- Only full-time courses will be considered.
- Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS are eligible if graduation and post-graduation are full-time.
- Work experience up to 2 years is eligible. Candidates with current/prior experience in recruitment-based roles would be preferred.
- Minimum age 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.
